A Bit About Us

Lagoonside Boudienste CC was established in 1990, by the late Chris Koch as part of his group of companies.  Chris was in the construction business since 1981, when he started Lagoon Builders and built it up to one of the best building companies on the West Coast.

He then expanded his business  in 1992 with a transport and plant division, by starting Lagoonside Boudienste.  He brought many years of experience to the company and his legacy continues today under the leadership of Leonard Koch and Rina Koch.

In 2018 a BBBEE company, Lagoonside Services (Pty) Ltd, was added to our profile.

 

This is a family run business and the focus is on personal service delivery.  The company is based in Langebaan and therefore makes use of local employment to boost the local West Coast community.
